is the President of Winchester Plumbing & Gas Services Inc. Rodney has over 30yrs of plumbing experience and holds a Master Plumber and Gas Fitter Licenses in VA, WV., along with Backflow Prevention Certification. Rod not only is the president of the company but, he also is hands on in working out in the field with the crews ensuring the job is done right from start to finish. Rod is a perfectionist. His jobsites are kept neat and clean, all piping is ran in a neat orderly function according to the International Plumbing Code. He believes in the saying, "Don’t ask someone to do something you are not willing to do yourself!” Rod is hands on even in the office, his attention to detail shows in how he runs the business from an office standpoint in doing commercial estimates, finalizing commercial contracts, authorizing residential proposals, invoicing, and ordering plumbing/gas piping materials. Rodney and his crews strive to keep a “Clean Site, Done Right, On Time!”

Kim is the Secretary/Treasurer of Winchester Plumbing & Gas Services Inc. Kim handles the advertising, taxes, insurances, licensing and human resources. She assists the office admin. With contracts, invoicing when needed. Kim believes in creating a fun loving, compassionate work environment in doing so all the employees are treated and cared for like they are family. The Sinecoff’s strive to have good family core values not only in business, but in their personal life. Both Kim and Brittany help in the Teen Ministry at Open Door Baptist Church. Kim, Rod and Britt enjoy spending as much time as they can with Brandon, Samantha and Rowan. 

God, Family, and Country are things to be cherished and not taken advantage of.

Accounts Payable

Brittany is the daughter of Rodney and Kimberly. Brittany helps schedule service calls, handles all our accounts payable, payroll, and banking. Brittany’s dog Bailey comes to work with her daily and she brings her such joy. Because of Bailey’s collapsible trachea and needing CPR our other dogs have gotten the chance to come to work with us. 

Amber is 24 years old. Amber loves her family, friends, cars and dogs! Let’s not forget the dogs! It’s not every day you see a girl who can fix herself. Amber is family to us at Winchester Plumbing. We love her as if she was our own daughter. Amber is dedicated, hardworking, fast learner, and eager to get things done right and in a timely manner. Amber not only answers the phones, schedules, and does contracts she pulls permits/inspections, and will even run supplies out to the guys if needed. She truly is an asset to the company.

Is a Licensed Master Plumber & Backflow Prevention Certified. He has over 24 years of experience, and he is head of Winchester Water Treatment Co. working closely with Rodney Sinecoff, and Miles Pierce to ensure our customers get the best water treatment system to fit their water needs. Stephen also handles all the residential site visits, estimates, proposals, inspections.

Mike has over 30 years of experience in plumbing and gas piping, having previously been an inspector with Frederick Co, VA. Inspections Department. Mike handles our new installation crews making sure they know what their daily tasks are given the specific job, ensuring the jobsite is running smoothly, on time and to code passing inspections. He makes sure the work area is clean eliminating hazards and theft of materials. Mike acts as liaison between Rodney and the builder/general contractor relaying if plans or fixtures have changed to ensure things are ordered correctly. 

Caleb Hill is a Crew Leader on the New Installation Side. Caleb has 9 years of plumbing experience. He started as a helper and has quickly moved up to Crew Leader. Caleb is a quick learner and is eager to help wherever he is needed. Caleb fills in on the service side of business when needed. He is a true team player. Caleb has been a part of the “Sinecoff’s Family” since Rod was his Winchester Baseball coach, Caleb and Brandon Sinecoff played all-star baseball together for 5 years. Our families even vacationed together. We love Caleb he is like a 2nd son to us. Caleb enjoys playing baseball and spending time with his family and son.

Cody Cantrell is a Crew Leader on the New Installation Side. Cody has over 16 years of experience having worked with his dad for many years prior to join our team last year. Cody has excellent knowledge of all the phases of plumbing: water/sewer; groundwork, rough-in plumbing, final plumbing, gas pipe and final gas. Rodney and Cody’s dad have known each other for many years. 

Phil is 29 years old. He is married with a daughter, and is a big Capitals fan. Phillip has been in the plumbing field for 7 years. He has a wealth of knowledge for the short time he has been in the field. He has quickly become one of our lead service plumbers. He has a great work ethic, and is a valued employee. Phillip takes pride in his work and will get the job done right.
